跨境大宗商品贸易普遍按国际商会 Incoterms 2020 签约。FOB、CFR、CIF 在起运地与目的地的责任划分完全相同，分歧只在运费和保险两项，风险转移点三者一致。 Cross-border commodity trade is generally contracted on ICC Incoterms 2020. FOB, CFR and CIF allocate identical duties at origin and at destination; they part company on freight and insurance alone, and the risk transfer point is the same for all three.
